By using this website's services, the user agrees to abide by these terms and rules prescribed by NISEKO TOKYU RESORT CO.,LTD's (Niseko Mountain Resort, Grand Hirafu).

1. About our company

NISEKO TOKYU RESORT CO.,LTD (Niseko Mountain Resort, Grand Hirafu) is in charge of the operation and management of the Grand Hirafu online reservation system.

2. About the services we provide

The use of our services requires accessing the Internet. Our users will be required to assume the responsibility and costs of setting up all necessary devices, software, and means of communication, and undertake the proper installation and use of the above.

Our company is not involved in any way in ensuring our users have access the World Wide Web.

We currently provide online reservation and sales services for gear rentals, ski school, and lift tickets, and will add a variety of new services—as well as change and eliminate some existing services—in the future.

While we consent to our users accessing the services that we provide, we offer no guarantees as to the content of these services or reliable provision of services or access.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Users shall accept all responsibility for the purchase of products.

Resort facilities (ski school, gear rental office, lift tickets office) may collect service charges on cancellation fees and refunds in accordance with their own cancellation policies.

4. Exemptions from liability

All grievances and monetary claims related to or arising from content sent out by the user while using services, the user's usage of the services, the user's connection to the services, or the user's violation of these terms, or infringement of a third party whose causes are attributable to the user will be resolved at the responsibility and expense of the user. Furthermore, in the event that our company must pay any costs or damages in the resolution of said grievances or monetary claims, the user will be responsible for bearing the cost of these grievances or monetary claims (including legal fees paid by our company).

5. Changes to service details

If deemed necessary by our company, we reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of any service at any time without informing our users.

We assume no responsibilities to our users even in the event that we change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services.

However, we will provide replacement products for products that have already been sold.
